Loving Craft since more than four years now...
...and still using it everyday! Despite some minor quirks and typical process issues, it's the app I rely on as a teacher and in my daily life for organizing, completing tasks, remembering things, sharing, creating, and writing.... Love the versatility of the app and the various possible workflows within, love the synch-speed between devices, love to be able to share beautiful documents easily with everyone (even with the possibility to collaborate), love the integrated ai help, love the sleeck & beautiful UX... All these features, along with the many I haven't mentioned, and the Craft team's dedication to adding new features, keep me loyal to this app.

Great tool. Fast dev cycle
Long time user. Great development cycle. Incredibly involved ownership that have opened themselves up to a community of boisterous users. Got into it as a work tool, it now runs my life.

Beautiful Docs - Unmatched
I love this app for writing up client proposals. Since the last release with collections it is the best way to share a proposal with a client. Slides are salesy, I tried journey.io but wasn't impressed and its overpriced. Craft is unmatched

The One Productivity App I Use Multiple Times Every Day
Craft makes creating, organizing, and keeping documents easy—and good looking. Love calendar and task integration and the daily note. I refer to these in Craft all the time. The Craft team iterates and improves at an impressive rate. And the community around Craft is active and helpful. Highly recommended!

One app solution!
Where should I start? If you want daily notes, meeting’s tracker, 1-1 / team connect notes and then have tasks and reminders to the mix! Yes! That’s Craft and much, much more for an app which lets you develop your documents and take it to the next level!! With v3, it has become even more fluid. Mobile UI beats any app in this domain. I am a paid plus user and would continue to be a subscriber for life :-)

A beautiful and powerful writing app in need of more refinements
I’ve been using Craft since its early days, and its numerous iterations have added more features and functionalities, opening up new possibilities for me. It’s an excellent app for writing and document publishing. Available on various platforms, it feels native and fast on all of them, and the data sync across platforms is incredibly fast and flawless. I can trust it, and it’s essential. However, Craft has undergone several changes in the past 18 months, and while using the app, it occasionally feels incomplete. You’ll likely encounter a few minor issues here and there that can negatively impact the user experience. Collections, introduced in late 2024, is still in its early stages and has many rough edges. Integrations with other services like GitHub were introduced in early 2024, but the number of supported services hasn’t changed since then. Document formatting also needs improvements, such as better image handling, improved title, subtitle, and header spacing controls, and so on. Craft Styles, also introduced in late 2024, are incomplete and frustrating to use in real-world scenarios. The default color palettes are not great and cannot be easily customized to reuse the same custom color choices. The list goes on. I understand that I may be a power user who doesn’t represent the majority, but this is my experience with Craft. I hope this perspective can help potential users make informed decisions about the app.

Best tool all in one for multy purpose
The best tool for a lot of use case, no code to use, fast and beautiful color and document result. Share document faster, easy and organize. Is not perfect tool, like few out there, but very impressive usability, constantly update with new interesting features. From 3 years a go is the only one tool I use every day.

Craft solved by PKM struggle
A year later I can conclude Craft is the perfect PKM + task management tool for me. I've tried everything: - obsidian/logseq(bad/slow mobile app and sync) - notion(doesn't work offline, ios app is just a web wrapper) - mem(terrible linking between notes) - apple notes(quickly gets cluttered with many notes) For PKM tried PARA, didn't work for me, currently Johnny Decimal approach for structuring works amazing. Craft+JD solved every problem I had. Amazing native apps, fast and reliable sync, task support made me remove Things 3 and completely switch to Craft. Can't recommend it enough.

A Better Free Plan
The free plan of Craft documents could be improved having to make 10 documents is a hassle. I wish we could make more than 10, maybe unlimited docs

Craft is a great app that fits my way of visual thinking
I’ve used Craft for about six years. I took a break to simplify with Apple Notes, which integrated well with the OS. During this time, I rediscovered what I loved about Craft: - Daily notes view, which I missed in Apple Notes. - Visual dashboards, which I enjoyed more than text-based versions. I also tried Notion, which has more features but none I need. Craft was more of a Mac and iOS app than a web app. What I like: - Daily notes - Visual customization - Easy linking between pages - Sharing with formatting preferences - Improved tasks area with a recent update What I don’t like: - Selecting text blocks feels unnatural. - I’d love to have my daily note template as the default.

A great all-round app
A great app full of features, capable of managing a lot of different contents in order to became a complete daily and long term organizational system. The only drawback is a not so intuitive menu and navigation.

The most beautiful notes I've ever made
Craft is a beautiful app on the surface, but it is also an incredibly powerful tool when you dig deeper. This notes app can be used to simply write daily notes or can be used for Personal Knowledge Management (PKM) with subpages, folders, cross-linking, and some AI sprinkled in. Interacting with Craft is smooth and quick, making it an enjoyable experience that is absent in many note-taking apps. The app is being thoughtfully developed by the team, with many interesting database features on the horizon.

A reliable piece of software for document editing
I've used Craft for 3 years. It's been very reliable. But over the past few months, there have been way too many UI movements, making it complex to comprehend, so I've stopped using it. Pros: - It has an offline mode - It's very stable - It's fairly affordable compared to its counterparts for what it offers - There's a lot of features which you can use or not use, depending on you, so it's nice to have that option Cons: - There are way too many features, so might be overwhelming - It may not be for everyone because it's in a gray area between note-taking and document editing, but it's supposed to be the latter - The new object-oriented this feature is making it even more confusing to use

Great note taking app with sleek ui
Beautiful and intuitive note-taking app. It's perfect for writing long-form content, like articles or blog posts. The formatting options are top-notch. I can say craft has the sleekest ui in this niche market. I hope they makes a native android app. They do have PWA but its not that smooth
