Great apps make a huge real world impact
Twos is my current "second-brain" app. It connect notes and tasks pretty well. Which is what I was looking for, for projects. I don't understand how notes and tasks related to a project can be kept in different apps. That'd make the system slow at best. On top of that the hierarchies I can create with Twos is really impressive. I can create many layers of them. The task management is satisfactory but it keeps getting better. It got the basics pretty right which is what the users need. It's a bit buggy at times, has weird technical limitations but the team is really quick, creative and ambitious which assures me that it'll move in the right direction. Plus, I haven't found anything as valuable as Twos in the market yet.

Solid digital BuJo / Catchall / Capture tool
I'm only a couple weeks into using Twos in my workflow; sitting somewhere in between paper notetaking and Todoist and Obsidian in my space. It's a great rapid collector and nicely cross platform, and it holds some of the beauty-in-simplicity that the BuJo method has at it's core. An additional element I've been taken with is Twos World, where notes / ideas / quotes are shared in a polite community; I've already gotten some good ideas (and good feedback on mine) from this, which isn't what I initially expected. Finally, the small team seems to have a solid set of plans and intentions for the service. Fingers crossed!

Twos is amazing, with a single nitpick
I've spent ages trying various tools out and bouncing off of them - a bunch of big names didn't do it for me and after a trying out and fiddling, I landed on Twos. I had used Twos on and off for about eight months before going all in on it a few months back. Twos is primarily a to-do and lists app. There are a boatload of views for these lists and it also offers calendar sync. There's an empty list each days and non-completed to-dos carry over between days. There's a focus timer, the ability to add images, tags, sublists, a notes feature, a cute "done" animation, a desktop and mobile app and more. If anything, it's too much. I'd recommend really only sticking to the lists to start and then exploring the other features as necessary. This leads me to the pricing model. Twos lets you purchase (or earn through use) various features as you need them. Find yourself wanting a focus timer? Use Twos for a few days and unlock the feature for free via coins or support the devs with a small amount. All the features I've listed are well realised. The devs are active and seem to love what they do. Twos is great. My only nitpick: The Android app is a little sluggish and takes about half a second too long here and there. It's just slow enough that you start to wonder if it will load, but at the same time not slow enough that it's really annoying. This issue is also not

The Ultimate All-in-One Productivity App
I have been a Twos user for almost two years, and I highly recommend this application. My long journey began with searching for the best app to organize my life. I have tried everything from Apple Notes to Notion, from Apple Reminders to Todoist, and many others on the market. The only app that has genuinely helped me stay productive, encouraged me to use it more, and performed best overall is Twos. The developers are passionate and love to promote the joy of writing things down. This app is very flexible and customizable, catering to anyone's needs. It is packed with numerous features, including various types of things, reminders, a calendar, a review system, memories, bookmarks, tags, and much more—this is just the beginning. While this may sound overwhelming, it is very manageable and easy to get accustomed to. Any features you do not like can be disabled and customized. There is even a sharing platform in Twos called "Twos World," where users can share items and lists with everyone globally. Don’t worry, it is not "another social media platform" at all; it is more like a large WhatsApp channel. The app itself is completely free to use. You can purchase upgrades or subscribe, but these are optional and intended to support the developers, which I highly recommend if you feel Twos has positively impacted your life. I absolutely suggest giving this app a try, and if you have any feedback or issues, simply email the developers or join the Discord server to share your thoughts; they will assist you. TL;DR: The best place to write things down.

The one app to come back to all the time
As a productivity apps junkie, I’ve literally tried them all, yet I come back to Twos all the time. Do you like to sort stuff according to GTD, Tiago Forte’s style, or into Zettels? You can do it in Twos. Do you hate to sort your notes, to-dos, and lists? Use daily notes and forget about tidying up with the help of a powerful search. Need a web clipper? Shortcuts support? Calendar integration? You are covered as well. And the best thing is that you are never locked to Twos; you can export your data and never look back. But could you? I doubt it. The simplicity yet power user features smartly woven into the experience will bring you back. Over, and over, and over.

Simple yet very powerful - and totally free
I use tows to run a company and an arts and leisure center, and it's just a bliss. // Tasks and Notes I really need my "all-in-one app" to distinguish between tasks and notes and offer dedicated task-views (without the hassle of nested databases like they are set up in Notion). Usually I take notes and assign tasks all in one go while braindumping and then sort through them afterward, which is really easy the way Twos is set up. // Daily Notes One central feature of Twos is a daily note with automatic task migration to the next day. Very handy. // Outliner I rarely write in longform and typically think in lists and steps. So Twos being an outliner (with the option of long form text) really suits my workflow. // Kanban, Note Sharing etc. It has it all. Awesome. // Markdown and Export Evernote, OneNote, Obsidian, Notion... I've done my fair share of platform switching. Twos offers a Markdown export of all of your notes, which is very important to me. // One Issue: The "Twos World" Twos implemented a Twitter-esque feature called twos world. I rarely use it and don't like that my notes are just one toggle away from being shared with a "social media"-Platform

I really appreciate twos.app. You write things down and it magically remembers. I don’t k ow how many times twos has presented me with just the right info at the right time. I’ve tried other note planner apps with all the bells and whistles but keep coming back to twos because it is simple and it just works

It's just the all-in-one app we were all looking for. Adding to my experience, I really do feel like this IS A NOTION COMPETITOR... They have even managed to create Twos World where we can publish out things. It's a small community filled with love & excitement... I genuinely love this app & it's the only productivity app I use in my day-to-day life... Thank you Parker & Joe for this amazing app. They have managed to create this incredible app with only one dev...

It's such a good app
I love how easy you can interact with it and how easy it's to use it with the tutorials they have. I think twos is becoming one of my favorite apps to use, I can write things, lists and also journal. I had told some of my friends to use it too and they have found it easy to use and write their things.

Twos is not your basic note-taking app
With Twos, I'm able to offload my thoughts and things more quickly than any other app. I've remembered more, been more productive, and become more aware of what's happening in my life. It changes your life basically. I still can’t believe I’m this obsessed over an app. Its ability to quickly write things down and be a reliable place is something to be appreciated. It's the best!

Twos - the app you'll fall in love with
I've been using Twos for over two years - that, in itself, is miraculous as I've used many apps over the years. Until I found Twos, I never stuck with an app long term. Twos is where I write things down, keep daily logs, add reminders, track memories, manage projects, share lists and so many other things. You can make Twos your own - there are lots of different use cases. It's easy to use and, once you make it part of your every day routine, you'll not want to be without it. Part of the brilliance of Twos is the community. You can connect with other users on Discord and in Twos World. The founders Parker and Joe have created not just an amazing app but a community of dedicated users.

Cheap, flexible and cross-platform
There is a lot of room for customization in twos, just this week I've changed my daily list multiple times to fit my needs. Often with to-do list apps there is always that one feature missing, the flexibility of thins in twos allows me to make that thing when I need it, get rid of it when I don't and know that I don't need to keep changing to-do list or planner functions all the time. Plus, it's cross-platform with great sync and you can get all features for free!

Twos is next level of what you need it to be
1) Mobile first app ❤️ 2) Excellent integration with calendars. 3) Always with me, but also very accessible on my PC, iOS, Mac, Linux and more. 4) List making is the most important feature for me as it holds all my tasks, projects, and notes. 5) Everything in one place means less wasted time trying to find information. 6) Twos is social with TwosWorld. 7) Twos has a small, nimble and responsive team managing the product. 8)Twos focus is on "writing things down." 9) It eclipses other platforms that only do one thing well (like notes). 10) constant polish and improvement in every month, so the app gets a lot of attention. These guys want to improve!

I love twos, it's honestly indispensable in my life. Everything i need to write down, lives in twos. From morning routines, to my work schedule, to random jottings everyday. Playing a game? Need to write your answers? Use twos Someone tells you their birthday? Write it down in twos. Wanna have somewhere to write your WiFi password? Twos. I think of it as a daily page where I can write anything and everything that comes into my head. Plus I have ongoing lists, like watch lists, book reviews/notes. Honestly, if someone took twos away from me right now. I'd be screwed

The little app that could
Twos is a brilliant app. I can tell that app is an app that can lead to being organized and productive. I love the pricing model in that most of the features are free and you can earn credits to unlocked extras. The devs are incredibly responsive to questions and always open to ideas on how to make this app even better.

Great simple & practical
Twos is the best place to write Things down. You can type any thought that comes through your head and later, organize it or not! You can add tasks, events and set reminders with NLP. You can decorate with colors, images and all you write down is easily shareable as a pdf or an image, your entire list, or just one Thing. It is not overwhelming at all, just start writing and start remembering everything you need.

Great life app.
It’s kind of an app that does everything .. becomes a journal when needed, a productivity enabler when needed, a calendar with notes app, a task with reminder app, and “read it later/bookmarking” app. Love the flexibility of use because it can potentially replace all my other apps that I use for information storage that remains separate and requires me to remember what’s “stored” where. This solves that problem.

The only one that has worked for me
Once Twos “clicks”, it’s a game-changer. I *may* have mild-to-moderate adult ADHD (currently exploring that question) and Twos has streamlined my life so much. I've tried a lot of apps, and it's the only one that's worked for me with its clean, simple UI/UX and GREAT level of customizability (which I REALLY appreciate). On rare occasion, when something doesn’t at first work the way I expect it to, there’s always a toggle for it in the Settings. And this means Twos works for the user the way the user wants it to (or the way the user themself works). The gamified onboarding is also a fantastic idea!

It's simply perfect!
The design of Twos offers a simple to use and easy to learn interface atop a powerhouse of features that enable a frictionless way to write "Things" down, organise them and find them later. Twos fits the way my brain works perfectly and the team behind it are responsive, open and dedicated, always listening and always focused on improving Twos. It is a way to capture all of the "Things", in one place (tasks, reminders, events, notes, thoughts........ everything) organised by day, in lists, by tags and more. It is knowledge management done right....... easy to capture, easy to organise, easy to find information, all while offering the flexibility to share information, move it around, tag it and much more. I have used a lot of knowledge management apps but Twos is the one that fits my way of working best. The efficiency and speed in which information can be captured, coupled with it all being in one place, makes it, IMHO, the best. An added bonus is the gamification of getting to know the features in Twos. Earn coins as you learn and spend those coins on upgrades (or pay for the upgrades to support the team). I can't recommend it highly enough.

It might be THE one
I've tried many, many apps and combinations of them to keep track of my thoughts, todos, ideas, events, etc.... I started using Twos some weeks ago, and slowly but securely I'm moving all my processes (Note-taking, to-do's, second brain, etc.) to Twos. It's amazing how fast reported bugs are taken care of. The community is really supportive and there is an atmosphere of family.

Come to stay...
I have tested many, many note-taking apps in recent years and used some of them more intensively. But I've never been really happy with them. Since I discovered Twos last year, I think I've found my digital home for all my things. Everything has its place, is easy to find and even easier to keep forever. Anyone looking for a lean tool to quickly capture thoughts that can be structured and retrieved later should definitely give Twos a try. The learning curve is steep, but it's so worth it. And the two dudes Parker and Joe are actually reason enough to come and stay. Happy Twosday! ✌️

Notes & TwoDos & Calendar
You take a simple note of a thing, a thought, whatever that came to your head at that moment. You transform it into a TwoDo, you add it a reminder. You then add it to a list AND you get to have it in a calendar view. Imagine taking a note in OneNote, then you sync it as a to-Do in MS To Do AND sync it in the Outlook Calendar. Well, you get all this integration with Twos! So what more can you ask for? The App is great and the devs are constantly improving it and adding new features to it

Twos has been the best replacement of my pocket notebook / note card system
As a kid with adhd organization and remembering what i've got going on has always been a challenge. my developmental pediatrician of a mother convinced me and trained me in writing things down, knowing that i'd miss homework, or birthdays, or anything. my mom always carried around a notebook for these reasons and so i adopted it. I went from notecards in middle school and highschool to a planner for college. and it worked really well, i had a system that's use directly correlated with my ability to keep up with classes, projects, work. but once i finished school, a planner became too much, i would forget it or it wasn't in my workbag so my personal life messed up. and i became greatly disorganized. i switched to a small pocket notebook and my life was able to keep up. then i switched jobs and my personal life got a lot more hectic, i couldn't just use a single notebook, i tried two notebooks, i swapped around, tried the notes app, but hated it, used screenshots for a long time, but never got there. as i went through the typical tool finding journey we all find ourself on, i found twos, and immediately i felt like i had a digital pocket notebook. i could use twos as a notecard, a daily journal, a calendar, a way to collect fun lists about friends, remember things about my friends at ease, and see confetti when completing a work task. I'm a huge fan of tech, and i always was one of those paper and pen purists because of ease. but there is something so easy about using twos, whether its the daily list, the organizing, or even just checking out the discord community, talking about the best way to use the app, ways to use the app, and even create suggestions around it. my favorite part about twos is really how different everyone uses it, and how much you can make it your own. i've never set up my planner or my notes like others, and twos allows me to use it like i want-- one of the best feelings of a product.

Twos: The ultimate productivity app
I find that Twos stands out as an exceptional productivity tool. It has streamlined my workflow and significantly improved my organization in so many ways. Regarding design, the app is both very visually appealing and functional. While it might be a bit confusing at first, you quickly get used to it, and it becomes one of the easiest and most intuitive apps to use. Twos offers incredible value for its price. You can use the free version without missing out on any major features. The premium version, which you can earn by using the app more, makes the experience even better at a very small cost. Compared to other apps, Twos doesn't hold back essential features for the premium version, which sets it apart and makes it a much better option. The key features I find most useful include the ability to collab with other users, and the customization options for your home, side menu and nav bar. These features have significantly enhanced my productivity by making it easy to organize and access information quickly. Twos is so intuitive and quick to learn that it saves me a lot of time. I use Twos every single day. It's incredibly versatile, helping me with everything from jotting down reminders and managing my calendar to making lists of interesting things I've learned and want to remember. While it might take a bit to learn how to use the app, the Discord community with the creators of Twos is always available to help. I would rate the app’s performance at 9/10. It’s fast and reliable. The "customer support" through Discord is exceptional - prompt and always available. I've never seen a one-man dev team work so efficiently and be so present. Overall, Twos has exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient tool to boost their productivity!!

100 % flexibility for everything, simple sleek and fast, 100 % user-focused dev team
Twos looks simple on the outside, this is because it consists just of lists of things (tasks, text notes, bullet things, images). The real power lies in what you can DO with the things and lists. And, respectfully, who finds lists with things "overwhelming" should rather stick with pen and paper and ditch apps. Even the (meagre) functions of Google Notes demand to learn how to use them first I have been using Twos for nearly two years now for my private stuff as well as managing our entire publishing business in Twos. The greatest thing with Twos is its flexibility: from writing and finishing a feature article to putting together a fully-fledged business plan to tracking its execution over time and daily routine tasks I can do everything in Twos. It supports any kind of organized workflow for your work you want to create and maintain. If you struggle to get something into Twos this is just a sign that you are not thinking clearly or structured enough about it. This is what Twos does to your mind on the long run - it forces you to think straightforward and clearly about things If you're not clear about your projects you won't be able to get them executed successfully - they'll remain nebulous "plans". And you have to think yourself how you want to organize your stuff and workflow - it won't force any wonky "methodology" on you., but in fact thinking yourself is a plus, not a minus Another outstanding thing about Twos is the dev team. They're highly user-focused, always around to discuss a topic and dedicated to building simple but powerful functions. This sets it apart from the majority of apps out there (tested then all before, Obsidian, Logseq, Roam). Altogether, Twos is the greatest tool I have seen in the last 10 years+, hands down.

First thing I open every time I pick up my phone
I've tried countless methods both analogue and digital over the years and this is the first one that really clicks with my quirks and craves. I tend to be ADD and sometimes feel so encumbered by either too many features or too few. Twos is hitting the sweet spot for me and I've been hammering it daily for over a month since I stumbled upon it. It's definitely the first thing I go to every time I pick up my phone, and typically it's the main thing. Time management, bookmarks, brain dumping, scheduling, sound reminders, sharing items with other users (Twosers) even with those who aren't! It's even warning me away from my decade-plus social media habit. There's a great support team and lots of stuff under the hood I'm still implementing. Five Stars!

Simple, versatile and powerful sums it up
Been using Twos for quite a while now and it has been an integral part of productivity system. My main usage of Twos revolves around using it for quick capture or jotting down any ideas I have throughout my day. It is like an inbox for me and I can easily arrange the stuff I know I will need to refer to in the future into simple lists. At work, I sort of keep a daily log of the tasks I do which helps me easily keep track of all the tasks I have to do. Unfinished tasks are carried over to the next day ensuring that nothing is missed. I have said it before and I can confidently stand by my words that Twos is a very simple yet powerful app and versatile for a lot of use cases. Definitely one to try out.
