This makes Supernormal one of the better tools of teams and individuals as an easy to use AI note-taker. One of the features we loved about Supernormal was the transcription abilities, which worked well to summarize the meeting well, the meetings we took it extract action items which had their own section once assigned, another notable feature. This task management section had it's own organizational Kanban that was simple but worked well to organize tasks.

The other thing we liked about the Supernormal experience was the insights feature which allowed you to save snippets. The main issue we had was with AI search they call Norma as it didn't generate good responses in our tests.
