All I care about with the email experience is a centralized emailing software that can manage multiple emails efficiently, and this does exactly what I need it to do. I only use the free version by subscribing for one year, but I didn't find a lot of value from that, I'm sure others will because the AI is pretty neat. But I just don't send emails enough to need it. It's been reliable for me, and I can see myself using this in the next couple of years, but the rework on Apple Mail has been pretty interesting, so I might switch. Some quirks, not sure how 'Priority' differs from 'Pinned', they're like the same thing but different naming and UI. I also don't appreciate how there's an update reminder. Even though you click 'Remind me later', it still asks you to update the next time you open the application, which is very annoying. This has been the case for the past few years.
