Sana AI is an AI-based company developing an all-in-one meeting tool that uses AI to transcribe.

Think of Sana as your base for all your meeting notes and combine that with AI agents that scan over your meetings to help produce automations, like turning your meeting notes into a helpful summary or maybe even collating the tasks and getting things done. Sana AI is one of the more sophisticated tools for meeting notes but also has some powerful integrations with Google Drive too that many people could benefit from in companies.

We tried out Sana and the best way to describe it would be a hub for meeting AI and if you have a lot of meetings this tool is handy for sure - it's the source of truth for meeting notes, tasks & actions.

Who is best suited for using Sana AI?

Sana AI is more of a premium AI meeting tool, you can tell this from their quality design and resources, as well as, you guessed it, pricing. Sana presents itself more for employees who use lots of tools to capture meetings and, or busy professionals, founders and those in lots of meetings each day over the likes of Google Meet, Zoom & other tools as Sana handles all of those.

This is probably one of the more robust AI transcription tools we've tested, as it also captures the entire meeting video, which allows you to skip back to the correct part and see the context of the meeting itself. It also has some impressive agents that you can set-up, which are called "Assistants" that you can train to do errands for you post meetings, which people might like if they attend back-to-back meetings.
