An evolving tool
My experience with Notesnook was quite good. It was one of those apps that had a very neat, minimal visual look to it. The sync was almost instantaneous and the fact that it is privacy focused with end to end encryption is a big plus. The team has also been shipping features over time and it's definitely one to keep on the radar.

Note taking that focuses on your security
I can see the market of this app but it's just not for me. Notesnook is a basic note taking app at the end of the day. You can organise your notes by notebooks and tags and I think, there's bidirectional linking. So if your main focus on an app is your privacy, it's probably the perfect notes app for you.

Dependable, but not feature-rich
For people who really really need E2E encryption, then this is a very trusted tool, especially since it's open source. I save a lot of important details here, but it's not my go-to note-taking tool. It's just for me to save important data. It just works, but there's nothing special to it. Notion, Evernote, AnyType, and these other cool note-taking tools are more feature-rich. To me, it's just like a super private Apple Notes.
