Im using from past few years - Noteshelf
I have been using it for the past few years and they have improved the UI design, app smoothness, and handwriting features for students like us. I like the app synchronization of Google Drive/cloud. This is cost-effective, as it is a one-time purchase for lifetime use, unlike other subscription-based apps, which is very helpful for note-taking students.
