I keep coming back.
As an adult college student with ADHD, I have struggled with various ways to organize my notes and PDFs for class. Notability's layout and file structure have repeatedly proven superior to other note-taking apps. I always check to see the latest and greatest apps, but none have managed to pull me away from Notability for long.
