Desktop Great....Mobile App not so much
I have repeatedly come back to this app for my task list and then repeatedly leave it (I know...why put myself through this). I love a lot about it but the mobile app is horrendouse from a performance perspective. It takes about 5 seconds to load (vs instantaneous loading for Todist, Things, etc) and has periodic sync issues as well. I will keep an eye out for improvements, but I am not holding my breath!

Speedy indeed, but also very nerdy and steep learning curve
This thing is clearly designed by programmers for programmers. The design is clean but not as clean as others. The whole interface is workable via keyboard shortcuts, and the approach is borrowed from OmniFocus and Things. Some corners are still heavily in development, so take this review with a grain of salt. The most significant mainstream barrier is its hallmark feature: The app is dang quick if you memorise all the keyboard shortcuts. This might already be the case if you use Vim or other text tools for programmers. If not, then this is not for you. Entering tasks is quick, but using the search, building search terms with a command line interface, and the general lack of oversight in an indefinitely foldable hierarchy all scream "run if you're not a pro". In the end, this could be a nice, clean task manager, but for the annual price, it puts itself in the very competitive field of Todoist, Ticktick, and others, which offer more friendly interfaces and/or more features, such as calendar integration.
