Poorly designed

They tried to do too much with this app, so many features filling the whole screen. Why don't their UX design team tell them the basics of a good designed system? It feels like an overly pushy social media app. I tried switching but the good old Google is so well designed. If Bing made the service minimal by default and then allowed some customization, it'll be a lot better.
