Best AI Project Management tool Thus Far
Taskade is perhaps the best project management tool integrated with AI I've used this far. When I said integrated with AI, I'm referring to the tool not only just simply having a chat bot or create a list of tasks but having AI help create framework and WBS at the tasks and sub tasks level. This is really amazing! Among the other tools I've used, Taskade is constantly updating itself and follow up with people's needs. It's also the only project management tool I have seen that actually have agentic workflow within the platform. We can assign work to each individual agents to perform specific tasks and have it pass on the work from one to another. This is not seen in any other PM tools I've used! A few fallbacks that can be improved further are... Integrated AI milestones (Gantt Chart), duration and task list. Another one is Multi-LLM for us to apply more sophisticated LLMs when we need via BYOK. All in all, I love Taskade and I will continue to support it's use cases!

Good overall set of features and experience.
The app is simple to use and navigate and allows me to set up projects in a way that makes sense to me. Lists and boards are my go to set ups visually. I have tried the AI and it worked fine. I just went in after the project steps were generated and edited them. I like the chat and meeting inside of the app which makes quick sync calls less painful. UI/UX is good. I just wish they would turn down the AI promotion a bit.

Best productivity tool in the age of AI
No other tools out there are leveraging or incorporating AI as well as Taskade is right now. Between their AI Agents and Automations there is almost nothing you and your team cannot accomplish in a more efficient manner. The team at Taskade moves fast with launching new features and are responsive to feedback and customer requests. In just the past 6 months or so, they have launched: - AI Agents (a superior version of ChatGPT GPTs) - Automations (similar to Zapier or IFTT) - Table view - AI Chat with your projects - AI Chat with your documents - Gantt charts All of this along with a host of other features and UI improvements. I can't wait to see what the next year brings.

AI finally meets productivity.
It's no doubt AI is over-hyped. Lots of empty promises and lots of money spent for extremely average content and subpar models. Taskade started as a pretty solid productivity app, but was one of the first to adopt AI into its core offering. At first it was novelty to me, but as the team continued to ship features and actually listen to the community, my interest grew. Having ChatGPT within the interface made some tasks easier, even if ChatGPT was only average at the time. With the addition of agents and automation, Taskade has really become a powerhouse tool. Although I'm someone who sees AI as a partner (and isn't a replacement for the work and content I create), my agents have been invaluable as I continue to tweak and find new workflows. I haven't had automations and webhooks so easily implement in other tools that also allow me to leverage multiple agents in tandem. All this to say I'm very happy with Taskade. It has made a very real dent in my productivity and it's actually fun to find new ways to build agents, create workflows, bring in content into my knowledge base, and work on projects—all in one place.

An amazing AI-powered tool that boosts productivity and makes work fun.
This tool is absolutely one of the coolest I've used for both business and personal purposes. It’s fantastic for taking notes and leveraging AI to quickly create documents, outlines, and mind maps. The features are just phenomenal! The ongoing addition of impressive AI agents and automation is the cherry on top. It's easy to use, highly productive, and honestly, just fun to work with. Whether you need a business automation tool or a second brain, this is it. I've become so hooked on it that I've cut down my use of note. It's now my go-to tool for first draft writing. Plus, I can easily organize books I read into a single mind map, allowing me to extract valuable insights and turn them into strategies to benefit my company. It's just an incredible tool. The ability to add knowledge, documents, websites, and content has made the AI and automated tasks even better. John and his team have truly hit a home run with this one!

Absolutely great
Taskade is simple but effective. The addition of A.I. bots and small little things like shortcuts really helps. As far as project management apps go, they are usually bad on mobille. Taskade isn't perfect, but it is way above most others. The plugin for my android homepage really helps too! It is a must buy.
