Does everything you need it to
I’ve been using Evernote for over a decade. It was always fine but never great. It was very slow and clunky but has had a resurgence since Bending Spoons bought it. Like others, I’ve considered many of the newer options out there but always felt that they were growing too fast and quickly became overwhelming or were too new and would end up shutting down. All that to say, I personally believe that Evernote is the best productivity tool out there. It’s the best to just throw content, words, attachments, anything in it like a vault and trust that it’ll be there or can be found. It’s gotten much faster recently and the updates are very welcomed. It’s a true revival of an OG productivity app. The only thing I wish it had were more or better ways to connect notes so that they could be resurfaced without searching for them.

The Great Elephant is back!
I've been using Evernote for a while now (since 2009) to keep all my stuff in order—notes, ideas, you name it. It's super handy how it syncs everything across my devices, so I can just pick up where I left off, whether I'm on my laptop or my phone. And finding things? A breeze. Even if I've scribbled something down in a hurry, the search feature digs it out in no time. But, I've got to say, the whole setup with the free version versus the paid subscriptions can be a bit annoying. It feels like they're always nudging you to upgrade for features that really should be standard. Still, despite that, I keep coming back to it. It just makes managing my digital clutter so much easier, turning the chaos into something I can actually navigate.
