Uninteresting but practical experience

I have used outlook as a backup email, personally and at work and find it to be very regular and uninteresting. The new outlook UI although modern feels a bit cluttered with a lot of separated spaces within the tool. The UX feels to be unintuitive at times and does not make the already daunting inbox experience any better. However, if you are used to using Outlook, then it is nonetheless a robust mail handling solution; just not a very nice one.
