GQueues keeps me organised, on track, and blissfully free from the chaos I usually create.

GQueues is like the personal assistant I’ve always dreamed of—organised, efficient, and doesn’t judge me for procrastinating. I can create lists galore, break tasks into manageable bits, and set priorities like a boss. It syncs beautifully with Google Calendar and Drive, so everything stays perfectly in step (no more missed deadlines...in theory). Collaborating with others is, shockingly, relatively straightforward—shared lists and real-time updates make it feel almost suspiciously easy. The customisable views give me a gentle nudge as if saying, “Come on, you’ve got this.” At the same time, automation quietly takes care of the rest without making a fuss. Honestly, it’s the only thing keeping my work from spiralling into the kind of glorious chaos I’m usually so good at cultivating.

Great Tech Stack Addition

I have been search a while for a task management tool to create task from my emails. While the Task Board option was sufficient for that part, I hated that I could not create a task with Google that reflected the accurate amount of time needed to time block for that task until GQueues. I also like the recurring feature and best of all you can set it to real time recurrence meaning if I was late taking my medication, but I am supposed to take it every 3 days then the recurring feature happens only when I check it off so it does the math and population of the next action for you automatically. Overall it is a great product and easy to set up and use.
