Eliminates Decision Fatigue
FlowSavvy has helped me by taking the daily decision fatigue of figuring out and prioritizing task and doing it for me. All I had to do was put in all my tasks and how long they might take and set their due date and priority level and FlowSavvy plans my days for me. I no longer question if I am working on the right task and it keeps me from getting side tracked. If a thought or new task comes up, I can just add it to the to do list and FlowSavvy incorporates it into my schedule. There are more features I hope come out soon, but given that this is a newer program and is only $7 a month, it does a great job.

Absolutely life changing.
Before using FlowSavvy, I really struggled to organize myself and get a good work-study-life balance. FlowSavvy has took the hassle away of trying to organize when I have to complete tasks/work/revise and it's been a game changer. I have never been this stress-free in a while. As long as you stick to the plan FlowSavvy creates when you add new tasks, you will find massive improvements in productivity. One thing I am not a huge fan of, is the UI, it's not very modern, but honestly, functionality over aesthetics is probably applicable here.

Life changing!!
Using flowsavvy has made a massive difference to my level of productivity. Have an automated schedule means that I never need to grasp for what to do next. It is dynamic too so will update when commitments change which is particularly useful where I work as meetings will often be rescheduled at short notice. This time is then filled with the next most important activity. One downside, which I think is more down to how I use the tool, than the tool itself, is trying to maintain a schedule that is realistic not just jam packed and unlikely to be achieved.

Great app for productivity
The best app that I ever found for productivity. I tried to use others as motion, etc, but this one is better because of the simplicity and price. If I could add something would be just a stats panel/insights. Well done. Thanks.

Timeblocking Perfected
One of the biggest hurdles I had with timeblocking was meticulously crafting the perfect plan in the morning, only to have some small disruption come up later and set me behind. I would then reschedule my day, only to have it happen again. This process was always too much resistance, leading me to use time blocking only intermittently. I found FlowSavvy when I was looking into automatically scheduled timeblocking, and I'm convinced that this tool implements how timeblocking should be. Instead of having to manually move the blocks, I love that I can just enter what I need to get done and how long each part will take and watch it automatically come up with a plan for how to actually do it. Something coming up and getting behind is a simple button press to recalculate the schedule (complete with a satisfying little animation). This way, I know exactly what I can realistically get done with the time I have left without having to move everything around myself. Overall, it's an absolute game-changer for my productivity. I definitely recommend it!

By far the best calendar / time-blocking / scheduling app I've used
FlowSavvy has quickly become indispensable to me in allowing me to quickly enter in tasks, estimated time to complete, and date I have to get them done and then do the processing for me of how to fit everything in - if something doesn't happen, which is inevitable sometimes, it automatically reschedules rather than me having to re-jig diary manually. Intuitive and clean interface and carefully designed to all make sense.

Worth every penny
I moved over here after trying out the overpriced Motion app. I get all the exact same features here, exactly what I need, for a quarter of the cost. This app is wonderful, I pull it up every morning. I tend to overfill my plate and this has really helped me prioritize important tasks, reschedule less important tasks, and get work done quicker. Worth every penny.

Very good tool, suitable for most people
I don't often write reviews for apps or software, but this tool, especially considering it's free in its basic version, is truly brilliant and incredibly simple for managing tasks in a calendar and keeping track of your schedule. I manage large projects in another program and use FlowSavvy to organize my daily tasks. Now I know exactly what I can accomplish and what needs to be pushed to the next day. The interface could use a more modern look, and the iOS app could load a bit faster, but those are minor details that don't hinder the functionality. Overall, it's a really well-done product!"

Massive time saver and organisational tool
As a university student, I struggled with organization and frequently found myself overwhelmed by last-minute assignments. When I decided to launch my own software business in my final semester, I knew I needed to drastically improve my time management skills. This app has been a game changer. After I input my tasks and estimate their duration, it automatically finds and schedules time slots in my calendar, a feature that's particularly valuable given my dynamic timetable. The clean, intuitive interface makes navigation effortless, and the core functionality delivers exactly what it promises. While there's potential for additional time saving features, the current version already provides exceptional value. I'm confident that future updates will only enhance what is already an impressive productivity tool.

Blows the competition out of the water
FlowSavvy attracted me because of its quality free version but I upgraded because I loved the functionality of having repeated tasks and it's just such a good price, I couldn't resist. Would love it if it could integrate into email/Zapier so a task gets created every time I star an email - maybe something to work towards?

Simple and affordable
The tool is simple and user friendly, you do not need to spend your already limited time learning how to use it like other tools. I was able to get up an running within 15 minutes. It is also great for the price, providing with everything I need to maintain a schedule and stay on top of my to do list.

Exactly what I need to combat decision fatigue!
I've been using FlowSavvy for about a month now and previously was using Motion for about 6 months and got burned out on it. First of all, the value is much better for FlowSavvy; Motion is overmarketed and has a ton of bloatware -- I don't need to schedule tasks with a team at work, just for myself! One really thoughtful feature of FlowSavvy that other time blocking apps don't have is "ignoring" repeating tasks. This absolutely works as intended to prioritize one-time tasks so you are actually making progress on your goals instead of treading water with repeating tasks that the ideal version of yourself wanted to complete when you entered them originally. Overall, I really love FlowSavvy and it is absolutely helping me conquer decision fatigue and prioritize what actually needs to get done. Tiny potential areas of improvement: - The design is great but the overall aesthetic could be a little more sleek. - For ignoring repeating tasks, it'd be great if we could turn this off for certain repeating tasks (I have some yearly ones that would be good not to ignore) - Sometimes I think it'd be useful to specify schedules for individual tasks without having to create a new schedule that is only for one task. - This is a moonshot crazy idea, but what if it could pull weather data and see that it's rainy this weekend, so tasks tagged as "outside" would not be scheduled? I know, I know, but a girl can dream!

Loving FlowSavvy for crushing overcommitment & overwhelm
I have tried other AI schedulers before but I love that FlowSavvy has the perfect balance of simplicity and functionality. I didn't feel like I had to learn a whole new tool in order to get started - it's very intuitive. I plugged in my schedule and then added all my tasks with time estimates to the task list, and bam, it just fills up my time for me so I know at a glance whether I've taken on too much and what's most important in my week. I now just keep FlowSavvy open in a tab where I used to keep Google Calendar, and I have my to-do list and calendar always within reach. The only thing I wish I could do with the layout is see a whole day without scrolling. I do really like the rolling one-week view although it would be great if I could see the current day in the centre instead of at the far left. But these are really small issues - overall I am loving FlowSavvy and happy to pay a little bit of money every month to feel peace of mind about my tasks being organized and my time properly budgeted.

I really genuinely love it and its great value for money | 10x better than motion
So I actually came across this when I was looking for cheaper options to motion. It was actually a post by the founder which i read but it convinced me to try it out and now im essentially getting motion for £6 per month and the free version is incredible too. Hats off to the developer, its been a game changer whilst i'm in this hectic phase of setting up a business and it really seems the founders a genuine guy too who just wants to make a great product. LOVE IT !

Simple to use smart task planner
I am using LogSeq to identify all my tasks, but it has no good way to easily schedule my tasks around my calendar. I found FlowSavvy to help me with getting my tasks planned in the right way onto my calendar. I like it that it takes priorities, deadlines and dependencies into account, next to my meetings. Furthermore tasks may be split over several days. The best thing is that it helps me keeping focussed on what are my most important tasks that I should work on now. It does not fully fit with the GTD methodology. It has an inbox, and task priorities, but elements like Someday/Maybe are not addressee. Furthermore, splitting tasks in smaller tasks is only addressed in the note section, but is not trying to help with this by focussing you on your Next subtask of a large task.

The only awesome free version. I love it!
I've tried all of the time blocking apps out there and the cost of most of them is outrageous. Flowsavvy offers a robust free version and, I'm telling you, it does all the foundational things needed to have automatic time blocking. Eventually i would like to add email integration to just forward tasks from my email or be able to sync my flowsavvy to google tasks... but for now, i'm just so so happy to use the free version of this and have it be so awesome.
